Lateral (a.k.a. bandalateral) is a psychedelic hard rock music project of brothers Andrés Delannoy (guitars, vocals) and Adolfo Delannoy (bass, lead vocals). The PuertoRican independent alternative band has been active since the year 2003.
With Omar Alayón on drums, Lateral has played over 200 shows in support of their debut release dem8z (2005) on Puerto Rico tours with bands like Secreto de Andromeda, Psiconautas, Mister Jonson & las Chicharras, Icaro Azul, Color Sodio, Somvazio, Las Cargas, Homenaje a una Bella Cancion, Raza, Tavu, Filacteria, Slimy Nuggetz, un.Real, Tavú, Ron Calavera, Vic Vega & The Caligaris, El Manjar De Los Dioses, Denario & The Whiskey Band, De'fekt, and Others.
In Mid 2009 the Delannoy's began recording a new full length at the Blue Door Studio and at The Rockness Monster Studio in Chicago, IL.
