Born Daniel Hunt AKA Coone, January 9th 1981. Nashville Tn has always been his home. Brought up on tha south side of the city known as Woodbine. He was raised by a single mother and the neighborhood he called home. School was never his thang. He always had a fasination with music from an early age but it took time to see that could turn into a career. Through the years he met the key members of the Cartel Fam from running the streets, not knowing where'd they'd be now. In 2000 Coone was placed on house arrest and began playing around with a lil keyboard to pass the days. The fasination became addiction. He remembered Phat Head and Wood from the block and they immediately sparked a sound together. Over the past 5 years the sound has been formed and molded into the Down & Out Cartel. Today with Coone's flavor on the keys and Phat Head's uncanny vocals over the tracks. The Cartel is poised to start a new chapter in the Rap Game.
