Baby Drew, born Andrew Green, spent his childhood in Chicago, Illinois and migrated to Milwaukee, WI. in 1993. He attended Mesmer High School where he graduated, despite negativity from naysayers who said hed never make it.

Baby Drew grew up listening to rap veterans like Chuck D, Rakim, Easy E, and Scarface. By age twelve, he began composing his own lyrics. In 1999, Baby Drew teamed up with friends and formed their own recording label, Eye to Eye Records.

One year after working strenuously in the studio, Baby Drew released his first album, Goldfinger. The album was successful in selling 8,000 copies in Milwaukee, WI. alone. After the release of Goldfinger, Baby Drew remained committed to his craft and released another album, Powder, which also did well.

Although sales did well locally, Baby Drew wanted to collaborate with someone who could gain him nation wide notoriety. In 2002, Baby Drew joined forces with Steven Love, CEO of Infinite Recordings (the same label that brought you Coo Coo Cal), and Henry Cook, CEO of Unexplained Entertainment.

With the aid of his newfound connection, Baby Drews career is back on the rise. With the upcoming release of his new single Lil Momma (featuring Ghetto Brown), he shows a dedication to street legend fans who will soon realize Baby Drew is back, this time with a vengeance. His style and intense tone remain the same, but lyrically he is on a whole new level. This new level is exemplified in his current mix tape, Getting It Done, featuring Lil Boosie, Young Ges, E4 Real, Mil-Ticket Records, and many more. Drew attributes his new lyrics to just living and watching the streets, which explains his theory of being a street representative!!!
