Garden State - The War Machine

Previously just Will Rixon, Garden State formed to act as a collaboration between some bands in the Bucks and Thames Valley area. Including the likes of 'The Wutars' ,'Blind To', 'Rooftop', and 'Paradisia'. We lerrrrrve musico, we also lerrrrrve paté, i love it, i love eating it, dancing on it, spreading it, pasting it all over my face, paté, my love.



Will - I have played piano for 17 years, guitar for 7, and been singing for 6 years, but love writing songs, its the best part for me, i enjoy gigging, i just adore bum skimming along a large expanse of water with my pet elephant, he loves all that stuff! In Rooftop for while, took it solo, dabbled in a few things, then Garden State came along to ee-rock my bloody eee-kazbar!Will



Tim - Ive been playing the guitar in bands for 12 years including Blind To for 5 years. I am a Sound Engineer and Producer with a number of side projects underway. I began recording with Will from the start and is finally involved in the newly formed band, Garden State. Loves: Writing, drinking, and peace hates moths and dolls. My influences include Mike McCready of Pearl Jam, and Jose Gonzalez. Tim



Maz - After many years screeching away on the fiddle, I got my first guitar at 14 – a shiny red Hank Marvin style Strat. Formed my first band ‘Subliminal’ at 15, record my first EP ‘Vacant’ at 16, learned drums at 17, joined as drummer of ‘The Fuse’ at 18, played bass in ‘Love Monkey’ at 19, joined ‘Logan’ at 20, moved darn sauf for Uni at 21, gigged solo at 22, joined ‘The Wutars’ at 23, joined ‘Garden State’ at 24….and it seems like five minutes ago I was just unwrapping that shiny red Strat. I live and breath music….listen to Garden State….we will give you romance explosion….Maz
