"Autumn Macher is an eclectic singer / songwriter based out of London, Ontario. Her words and music leave the listener with such a desire and craving afterwards that it is almost impossible not to find yourself pressing the repeat button continuously on each of these delicate musical masterpieces that seem to fit snugly in the listener's pocket.



The arrangements effloresce beautifully, swaying and bending in sugary sweet decadence while Autumn’s voice pours out from tiny cracks in the walls. This is a soundtrack for sunrise, for finding love again when all seems lost, for the creeks and the insects, and for the early morning commuters on the highway. "

"She's an artist hailing from Woodstock and her main forte is that voice--a gentle and elastic instrument that draws comparisons to the mellow sweetness of Julie Doiron and the jazzy coo of Norah Jones. Most successful is when she channels the antiquated loveliness of Tin Pan Alley and the warm, chanteuse moments of Leslie Feist.



Then there are those gorgeously simple songs that she accompanies herself on guitar.
