Atoms To Suns

Atoms to Suns is a NYC-based band focused on creating dark atmospheric rock, soaked in elements of dub.



ATS began in the fall of 2005 as a songwriting and recording partnership between Michael Derby and Maria Estrella. Derby handled instruments, programming and production. Estrella sang and played keyboards. Juan Mora and Mark Harrell contributed drumming.



The result of this collaboration is the album Red Curtain, which is now available for purchase on all major digital websites.



ATS is no longer active as a live band. It played shows over 2007 and 2008 with Mora on drums and Johnny Green on bass.
