A Storybook Romance is comprised of 5 multi-instrumentalists who have something to say about relationships and life. We are passionate about music. Our music. And we are good! You're not gonna get a bunch of cliché anecdotes about the chemistry we have as a band. Clever verbiage and tired rhetoric in this Bio aren't going to make you a fan. Simply give us a listen. We think you'll like what you hear! We have been through a couple of name changes and had to make a few member changes to come to where we are today. Finding hardworking, like-minded musicians took some time but was well worth the wait. Elisa, who has a classical training background, does vocals as well as keyboard. She also plays the violin and HARP (flawlessly) too. Although we haven't incorporated either of those instruments into our recordings, never say never. Evan, the only original member, is the full time guitar player who throws down on the bass when needed. In early 2008, Clay jumped aboard and focuses his time playing lead and rhythm guitar. Word on the street is that he may contribute to backing vocals on stage. Max, our most recent recruit, joined permanently this fall playing bass after his commitments with Bay Area favorites, Lion's Hill (he plays the guitar and sings for them), playing shows in the San Francisco North Bay.



We have currently posted "Broken Down (Single Version)." It is up on iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, and Amazon MP3. We have also posted a demo of our song "Goodbye" which will be on our up-and-coming EP as the title track.
