ANTIDEMON



Antidemon started in January 1994 in the city of São Paulo in Brazil.



The band's style was developed along the years and fans define it as a mixture of Death Metal, Grind Core and some other styles.
The strong themes taken on and outstanding musicianship merged little by little with the band's charisma and personality to make Antidemon a global reference for its style.



ANTIDEMON has also become considerably well-known for its tireless series of shows all around Brazil and many countries on several continents.



After the release of two quite successful demos, the band put out their first album "DEMONICÍDIO" in late 1998. Their next album "ANILLO DE FUEGO", recorded live during a tour in Mexico, appeared only in 2002.



Vocalist, bassist and founder Batista is the only remaining member from the original lineup of a band which has seen many lineup changes although the objective of the band has remained the same. In 2006 Juliana was clearly established as Antidemon's drummer, adding some personality to the band. That same year Maurício Cebalho became the band's guitarist, remaining for 3 years.



The band's third album "SATANICHAOS", competently produced by Tchucka Junior, came out in March 2009. The album was well-received and opened doors to an ongoing world tour unprecedented in the the band's history.



The band has done as many as 10 shows in every one of the countries on this tour. Shows have been played everywhere from pubs all the way up to renowned festivals in countries such as Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Sweden, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, England, Denmark, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway, Venezuela, Colombia, Paraguay and Argentina, in this way gaining worldwide recognition and responding to an appeal from the public spread all around the world.



In March 2010, the band received Luís Oliveira as its newest and most recent guitarist, at a special moment…



Just about to complete "two decades" of existence, Antidemon with much desire and in the middle of a schedule filled with live shows, is preparing a new album. The band with much dedication aims to offer a well-produced CD as a present to such a faithful and loyal public. A public of very different languages and cultures, who has Antidemon as something in common in their hearts, and therefore deserves the band's best.

A banda ANTIDEMON nasceu em janeiro de 1994 na cidade de São Paulo, Brasil.
O estilo e a postura do grupo foram sendo descobertos com o passar dos anos e classificado pelo seu próprio público como uma mistura de Death Metal e Grind Core e algo a mais. A temática forte sempre assumida e a musicalidade marcante foram se fundindo pouco a pouco ao carisma e personalidade do grupo, fazendo da banda um referencial em seu estilo por todo o planeta.
O ANTIDEMON se tornou substancialmente conhecido por sua incansável sequência de apresentações por todo o Brasil e por diversos países em vários continentes.
Após o lançamento de duas demo-tapes de bastante sucesso a banda lança no final de 1998 o seu primeiro álbum, que se chamou "DEMONOCÍDIO". O próximo disco viria somente em 2002 em um trabalho gravado durante uma turnê pelo México e se chamou "ANILLO DE FUEGO".
Da formação original a banda tem apenas o seu fundador que é também o seu front man como remanescente, que é Batista, Vocalista e Baixista do grupo. Com exceção de Batista a banda passou por varias trocas em seus integrantes, mas manteve intacto o objetivo a ser alcançado. Em 2006 Juliana assume em definitivo a bateria do Antidemon, dando ainda mais personalidade a banda. Nesse mesmo ano Maurício Cebalho iria assumir as guitarras da banda e fez isso por 03 anos.
Veio então em março de 2009 o terceiro álbum que se chamou "SATANICHAOS", com a competente produção de Tchucka Junior. Com a aceitação extremamente positiva, esse disco abriu portas para uma turnê mundial ininterrupta e sem precedentes na História da banda.
Entre algumas façanhas antecedentes e essa ultima a banda chegou a fazer até 10 shows em cada país por onde passou. Foram apresentações feitas desde pubs até grandes e renomados festivais em países como o Equador, Peru, Bolívia, México, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Suécia, Alemanha, Suíça, Itália, Portugal, Espanha, Inglaterra, Dinamarca, Republica Tcheca, Eslováquia, Noruega, Venezuela, Colômbia, Paraguai e Argentina, consolidando assim o seu reconhecimento mundial e respondendo ao apelo de uma parte de seu público espalhado pela terra.
Em Março de 2010, a banda recebe a Luís Oliveira, o seu novo e atual guitarrista, que chega em momento especial.
Já a passos firmes para completar "Duas Décadas" de existência, o Antidemon com muita vontade e em meio a uma agenda lotada de shows ao vivo, se prepara para seu novo álbum, procurando fazer isso com muita dedicação, buscando uma produção que possa presentear esse público tão fiel e leal. De línguas e culturas tão diferentes, mas que tem essa banda em comum em seus corações, e merecem o melhor dela.



Então se prepare.
O inferno continuará em ruínas.
Os seus moradores continuarão a ser roubados de lá.
E o Nome que está sobre todos os nomes continuará a ser proclamado.
