Anna Cavazos

Anna Cavazos is a Producer/Singer/DJ based out of NYC. She began her career as a DJ at lounges Bar B, Alphabet Lounge, Halo and Bryant Park Hotel on a weekly basis for parties that varied from fashion events to residencies. She quickly progressed into music production and songwriting, all giving rise to an array of collaborations. She has a distinctive voice and a deep, sultry, mood-setting production style. Her sound ranges from nu-jazz, latin-house/dance to folk, electro and trip-hop. She has worked with producers Sandy Rivera, Satoshi Tomei, Boyd Jarvis, Javemeyer, Alexi Delano, Julian Bendall, BIONIK, John Warrin and Bah Sonik and plans to continue experimenting and expanding.



Her premier single ‘Lying’ was featured on Deepa NYC’s ‘Suenos’ compilation released in 2005. Her recent works include “Sabor” and “Free at Last”, which have been re-mixed by NY producers Alexi Delano, Boyd Jarvis, Julian Bendall and Phil Sonik. Free at Last is currently available worldwide and for Japanese fans at Cisco.com. Anna is currently recording new material in New York City with two singles out Spring 2009 with Mazi and Bionik.
