Biografia
Angelo nasce e vive a Catania,alle pendici dell’Etna. Nella sua personalità si incontrano tutte le contraddizioni della terra di Sicilia.
Si è diplomato al Liceo Classico.
La cultura umanistica che ne è derivata ha influenzato enormemente la sua personalità tanto che fin dall’adolescenza amava scrivere poesie che conservava gelosamente in quanto le considerava pezzi della sua anima.
La madre, pittrice d’avanguardia, gli ha fatto vivere un’infanzia sempre in mezzo ai colori: indubbiamente questo ha contribuito a formargli quel senso estetico che lo ha portato a diventare un ottimo fotografo: molti books testimoniano come lui attraverso le foto riesce ad entrare nell’anima della gente e ad immortalarla nell’immagine.
Un pianoforte, entrato quasi per caso in casa,( il padre lo aveva acquistato in seguito ad una transazione commerciale e forse solo per motivi di arredamento) gli fornisce un’ulteriore strumento di espressione: studia la musica, se ne innamora perdutamente e incomincia a comporre canzoni dove mette tutti i suoi sentimenti e le sue emozioni. La musica diventa per lui il mezzo più importante di comunicazione!!
Ora basta con le parole: per capire il personaggio Angelo Lizzio bisogna guardare le sue foto, leggere i suoi testi, ascoltare la sua musica:il resto, come dice in una sua canzone, “ sono solo parole”.
Angelo preferisce farsi da se gli arrangiamenti musicali, perché, avendo a casa sua una piccola sala di registrazione, ogni qual volta gli viene un’idea , una ispirazione, subito si mette davanti al computer e crea, senza aspettare i tempi degli altri.
La voce femminile nelle sue canzoni è sempre quella della vocalist Ada Mila, che ringrazia immensamente per l’apporto professionale ed artistico.

Angelo was born and lives in Catania, at the foot of mount volcano Etna. In his personality, all the contradictions of Sicilian land meet together. Graduated at the Classical High School, the humanist culture derived from his studies has influenced enormously his personality so much that since his adolescence he loved writing poems that he treasured jealously as pieces of his soul. His mother, vanguardist painter, made him living his childhood among colours: without doubts that contributed to make up that aesthetic sense leading him to become a great photographer: many books show as he, by his photos, gets to enter people's soul and to make it immortal in the image. A piano, came into the house for a chance, (his father bought it for business, and maybe just as a piece of furniture), gave him a further instrument of expression: he studied music, he felt in love with it passionately and started composing songs, putting inside them his feelings and emotions. Music became his most important mean of communication! Stop now with words: to understand the character "Angelo Lizzio" you have to look at his photos, to read his lyrics, to listen to his music: the rest, as he says in one of his songs, "it's just words".
Angelo prefers to make musical arrangements by himself, because, having a little recording studio at home, every time he gets an idea, an inspiration, quickly he sat in front of the computer and creates, not waiting for other's times. The female voice in his songs is always of the vocalist Ada Mila, that he thanks very much for the professional and artistic contribute.
