I am an Artist, Songwriter and Producer based in London. I graduated from the University of Westminster with a Ba (Hons) in Commercial Music in 2010.
Through recent work experience with Youth aka Martin Glover (Killing Joke, The Verve, The Orb, The Fireman with Paul McCartney and many more, check www.youth.me.uk) and meeting established names in the music business I have gained real insight into the industry, the discipline and the time management required to succeed professionally.
I have my own recording studio in North London where I spend a lot of my time working with musicians, writers, producers, and everybody involved in the music making process. Collaborating with such people helps in developing my artistic and creative abilities.
My writing style covers many genres including alternative, rock, indie, R&B, Acoustic, Pop, Dance, House etc.
My remix work continuous to receive great feedback.
I have remixed George Michael's 'True Faith' cover of the New Order's 1987 single, released on March 2011 for Comic Relief. More recently I've remixed Poly Styrene's 'Ghoulish' (single released on 8th of August 2011) from the critically acclaimed album 'Generation Indigo'.
Two of my own original songs made it to number 1 on Cashbox Magazine's charts in the US - 'I Don't Wanna Know' was number 1 in the Cashbox Pop Picks Chart, and 'Something For You' made it to number 1 in the Cashbox Indie Picks Charts. Both tracks stayed in the top 10 for 4 weeks. The songs were chosen based on the quality of songwriting, performance, and production.
I have also collaborated with 'Sunstream' from Germany on a house trance track called ''Forgotten'', which was released on Hintahof Records in Germany, and four of my tracks are receiving commercial airplay in the UK and Europe at the moment.
I am always open to new ideas as long as it sounds good. I believe in strong, distinctive lyrics with a twist, and enjoy creating quirky electro house pop tunes, big string arrangements, crazy synths, and Trip Hop style productions.
I am a plug-in addict, the more the better. I'm interested in all aspects of music technology and creating new original music.
I'm always on the lookout for up-and-coming and established writers, artists, and producers, to collaborate with on new music that we can pitch to publishers.
