Jackson Gibson was born in Colorado, but grew up in the Ozark mountains of Northwast Arkansas. Along with choral and concert band work in high school, he formed the folk group Isaac and Andrew with his accomplice, Isaac Duell. Learning the styles of folk and bluegrass set a musical foundation in Gibson that remains to this day.

Interested in starting a band out of college, Gibson joined forces with a power trio from Detroit who later became members of the successful Detroit band Bump, blues/rock trio Smokestack Lightning, and The Silent Partner. The band was called MeLt and they cut their musical teeth playing gigs from their base in Atlanta starting in 1999. After numerous gigs in the southeast and intrest from major record labels, the group split up in 2001 when the members moved to different cities.

Jackson then started audio school in the Florida area and began playing gigs under a new band name, Jackson Deely. He met Samuel Tobias in school and soon a special bond had formed. Tobias’ funky, jazz influenced, bass-playing fit in with Gibson’s moody keys and another band formed, playing Gibson's tunes. He played gigs in the state until 2003 when Detroit artist Patrick Thomas came calling.

Patrick was looking for a band to support his new album and the band fit his sound. The group then moved to the Detroit area to begin playing in the Patrick Thomas Theory Band, backing up one of Detroit’s hottest new singer/songwriters. All the time, Jackson was waiting for the right time to continue his original music. When Mike Shea came to the band in early-spring 2005, the time was right. Mike's intense groove fit perfectly with Tobias' funk and the bond was set. All Streets Between played tours up and down the eastern part of America from '06 to '07. Fans enjoied the showcase of amazing talent such as Detroit guitarists Bryce Hampton and Jimmy Michael. The group had the pleasure to play shows along side bands like The Wailers, Gov't Mule, JGB, The Black Crowes, State Radio and more.

In 2007, Jackson made the decision to move back to his home in Arkansas for a time. Here the players have changed, but the music remains as soulful and inspirational as it always has. There will always be changes, but he believes that if you focus on your dream, life will put you where you need to be.
