Biography.

Owner of the fast-rising Switched On Records, 25 year old Allen Smith, otherwise known as trance, hard dance and hardcore sensation A.M.S, is one of the most sought-after production talents in the hard dance and rave scenes. Since exploding out of nowhere in 2002, Allens consistently innovative production work has made an appearance on every edition of Reacts legendary Bonkers series since Bonkers 8, that adds up to a total of 29 tracks and remixes on just 9 albums. Not bad going I'm sure you'll agree.

On top of this success Allen has also had tracks and remixes appear on a number of other compilation albums, including all three editions of the successful Hardcore Nation compilation, and the massive Clubland Hardcore Extreme album, which has gone on to sell over 150,000 units! So far, Allen has had a total of 104 tracks and remixes appear on no less than 31 albums, worldwide!

These days, Allen stands tall as one of the most prolific producers in the UK Hardcore scene with varied releases on Nukleuz, Switched On, Hardcore Collections, Relentless Vinyl, Master Wax, Executive & of coarse his own Infexious Audio record label, which was recently setup with partner in crime DJ Impact

Impact & Resist started working together nearing the end of 2004 when they both decided to join forces to begin a new concept in hardcore. Focusing heavily on vocal lead music, the two producers have gone on to produce some of the hottest anthems in the hardcore scene today. With releases on the top selling Hardcore Nation album and the new chart smashing Clubland X-treme album, its obvious these two producers are destined for big things.

As if this wasnt enough the duo have also set up Infexious Audio, one of the most exciting new labels to hit the current hardcore scene. All three of their releases have been snatched up by mainstream compilation albums and are also receiving heavy DJ support from the scenes major players.

Taking the emphasis away from the duos production capabilities for a moment we can also see that they are incredibly talented and versatile DJs, whose knowledge of the music they play help them to rock dance floors week in week out. It was this very talent for being able to pick the right tune at the right time that got them the chance to mix one of the CDs on the infamous Hardcore Tunez 3 compilation. One of the most respected underground albums on the hardcore scene brought to you by the biggest website, www.happyhardcore.com.

With these kind of credentials its no wonder promoters from all over the globe are hounding for DJ appearances, as these two producers have shown not only the UK but the world that they are a new force to be reckoned with.
