Biografía



AlGo FaLlA es una banda conformada a finales de 2006 bajo los lineamientos del neo punk norteamericano y el sk8punk californiano.



Siendo Bogotá - Colombia que ve el nacimiento de estos músicos de la escena underground de Colombia, los cuales venidos de proyectos anteriores, marcan más su experiencia musical ya que trae viejos sonidos del rock, hard core y punk con melodías armónicas que a su vez son veloces y técnicas.



Su contenido lírico dirigido a los jóvenes muestra la realidad de los mismos frente al mundo y el contexto social en que se desenvuelven sin dejar a un lado la motivación, la lucha y la esperanza; no sólo planteando problemas sino de igual forma soluciones inteligentes.



Su corta pero exitosa carrera radica en la fuerza de sus shows que viene de la influencia de los 80s y 90s. En su primer evento, en el año 2007 lanzan su Cd "Nada ni Nadie es Perfecto" con el cual se dan a conocer y siendo vendidas todas las copias haciéndose necesario extenderlas a tiendas donde se agotaron rápidamente.



En sus primeros meses AlGo FaLlA llega a 10.000 visitas en su página web, siendo de atención para la radio rock y no comercial de Colombia donde empiezan a circular sus canciones "Oportunidades para Morir" y "Preguntas sin Respuestas". Con algunas intervenciones en entrevistas radiales AlGo FaLlA empieza su camino.



En lo transcurrido de este año AlGo FaLlA ha compartido escenario con las mejores bandas colombianas y se prepara para el lanzamiento de su nuevo Ep ¿Porqué Nada Puede Salir Bien? El cual es previo a su disco "Al Borde del Abismo".



Sin poseer apoyo más que el de su público se espera revolucionar la música en Colombia y llevar un mensaje a los jóvenes y adultos que le escuchan generando un cambio a partir de su experiencia; se cree firmemente q la música es un medio de buscar solución a todas las problemáticas haciéndose que su voz retumbe y que sus letras sean dimensionadas a un contexto social fuerte como el de Colombia.



En búsqueda de sus sueños AlGoFaLlA sigue escribiendo su historia.



Bio



AlGo FallA is a band formed at the end of 2006 under the boundaries of the North American neo punk and Californian sk8punk.



Being Bogota - Colombia who sees the birth of these musicians of Colombia's underground scene, who had came from previous projects, marking their musical experience wich brings old sounds of rock, hardcore and punk with harmonic melodies wich in turn are fast and technical.



Its lyrical content directed to the youth shows the reality of themselves in opposite to the world and their social context which they are unrolled in without leaving aside the motivation, the fight and the hope; not only raising problems but in the same way intelligent solutions.



Their short but successful career lies in the force of their shows wich comes from the influence from the 80s and the 90s.



In their first event, in the year 2007 they launch their CD "Nada ni Nadie es Perfecto" -Nothing and Nobody is Perfect- which makes them known and being sold all the copies becoming necessary to extend them to shops where they sold out rapidly.



In their first months AlGo FallA reaches 10.000 visits in their web site, being of attention for the rock and not commercial radio of Colombia where they start circulating their songs " Oportunidades para Morir"- Die Opportunities-and "Preguntas sin Respuestas"-Questions Withouth Answers"-. With some interventions in radial interviews AlGo FallA begins their path.



In this passed year AlGo FaLlA has shared stage with the best Colombian bands and Its getting ready to the launching of their new Ep ¿Porqué Nada Puede Salir Bien?-Why Does Nothing Can Turn Out Well?- wich is prior to their Album "Al Borde del Abismo"-On the Edge of the Abysm-.



Without possessing any more support but their public is expected to revolutionize the music in Colombia and to bring a message to the young people and adults who listen to them, generating a change from their experience; we firmly believe that the music is a way of looking for a solution to all the problematics making their voice resounds and their lyrics be dimensioned to a strong social context as Colombia's.



In search of their dreams AlGo FaLlA continues writing their history.

El cd "Nada ni Nadie es Perfecto" se encuentra agotado, por lo cual la banda decidió sacar un nuevo cd en segunda edición en el cual se encuentra con un sonido mejorado más un multimedia con fotos, videos y letras de canciones, con el cual las personas se pueden identificar y conocer algo más de los jóvenes bogotanos que la integran.



Algo falla aparece en el nuevo cd complatorio del sello disquero The Box en el cual comparte con bandas de la escena colombiana. El cd de distribución en todo el país se encuentra en las tiendas especializadas de música. La banda participa con su canción "Algofalla" la cual aparecerá también en el nuevo Ep que Algofalla grabó hace algunos meses.



El Ep nuevo se titula ¿Por Qué No Todo Puede Salir Bien? en el cual se encuentran canciones como: "Así Fue", "AlgoFalla", "Junto A Ti" y un bonus track grabados hace algunos años.



La realización del video de la canción algofalla fue terminado con éxito hace algunos meses, y será estrenado dentro de pròximos; se espera que en el nuevo Ep ¿Por Qué No Todo Puede Salir Bien? esté el video incluido y se espera el estreno en canales de televisión suburbanos y de baja sintonía.

The CD "Nada ni Nadie es Perfecto" -nothing and nobody is perfect- is sold out, so the band decided to launch a new CD in the second edition which has an improved sound plus a multimedia with pictures, videos and lyrics, which people can identify with and learn something more than the young Bogotans who compose it.



Algo falla appears on the new compilated CD of the label The Box which shares with bands from the Colombian scene. The CD distributed throughout the country is avaliable in stores specialized in music. The band participates with their song "AlgoFalla" wich will also appear in the new Ep wich AlgoFalla recorded a few months ago. The Ep will be named ¿Por Qué No Todo Puede Salir Bien? With the songs "Así Fue", "AlgoFalla", "Junto A Ti" and an acoustic bonus track of the song called promesas wich will be launched in the next concerts.



the making of the video's song "algo falla" was succesfully finished a few months ago, and It will be premiered on the next ones; is expected that in the new Ep ¿Por Qué No Todo Puede Salir Bien? The video would be included and is expected the premiere in suburban t.v. stations and low tuning.
