On the 24th of June, an artist was born in Brussels, her name is Alexandra, a young and dynamic girl with a great voice as a gift from up above!
She discovered her talent at the age of six and released her first CD with 4 songs at the age of 8. She performed for the first time with her father's band. She also got interviewed for the first time at radio stations and TV, she sang her songs on a kid's TV-show in Belgium. This was her first TV experience.
She grew up in a musical environment thanks to her father who is a
professional singer and received a golden record in 1982 in Belgium.
When Alexandra was 14 she released a new single with two songs. After that she got hired in a band in Belgium in which she stayed 10 years. Performing LIVE every weekend during 10 years for private events in the most wonderful places of Brussels and also abroad. She went a several times all over Europe, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, France, The Netherlands ,Luxembourg, Greece.etc with this experienced band.
At 23 years old she released her new single "Brighter than the sun" it's a great summer sound with a lot of different styles in one song. This song is a mixture of salsa and oriental. Alexandra is writing all her lyrics by herself.
In 2007 She signed a contract with Magic Production in Belgium and is distributed by EMI for her single." Brighter than the sun" is on many compilations in Canada and the USA.
In 2008 she left Belgium for Greece where she won a Song Contest on Greek Tv.
In 2009 Alexandra was part of a big concert in one of the most popular Belgian theatre called "Cirque Royale".
In 2010 Alexandra released 3 singles as in collaboration with the biggest Belgian Dj's. She is hitting the charts with "My Party" from Dj Joss&Nando Fortunato Feat.ALEXANDRA , the single got signed in one of the biggest Record Companies in Turkey and got licensed in several other countries. Thanks to the single "my party" she got the opportunity to be on stage at the NRJ in the park in front of 50.000 people.
In the meanwhile, Alexandra is following her own way, she got selected to sing for American r'n'b Star Ne-yo and sang with Edward Maya during his Showcase 2010 in one of the biggest club in Belgium. She Performed "Stereo Love" with Edward Maya and Leaded ALL his Showcase. Alexandra also performed at the after party 2011 of INNA. She was also chosen to sing for CHRISTIAN AUDIGIER'S party 2011 in Brussels at Spirito Martini.
1st of January 2011 Dj Joss & Alexandra release their second single called "Sexy Mama" with the Officiel Videoclip on Youtube. It was a great succes like the previsous single, in all the Belgian clubs and radio's.
Beginning 2011 Alexandra gets the opportunity to work with the biggest Belgian Dj, DJ F.R.A.N.K with his hits Summerjam, candy on the dancefloor, discotex, put the lights on the lady.etc
They recorded "Chici, chici" which you will be able to find on DJ F.R.A.N.K's album coming up.
April 2011 Alexandra collaborated with another big Belgian dj, DJ FURAX with his hits Big Orgus, Techtonik.etc
She got chosen to be the lead voice on the "Big Orgus 2011" Radio Edit. The Official Remix was done by Quentin Mosimann.
May 2011 Alexandra collaborated with a Morrocan Singer Nordine H-Ali on a song called "Ana wiyek" which was a big succes in Morroco the summer 2011 in all the clubs. This song is on the compilation "Paris by night" by Dj Mourad.
June 2011 Alexandra collaborated with a big Dutch Dj, ROBERT ABIGAIL (MOJITO SONG for Bacardi commercial) on his compilation "Beach Beats" by B.I.P Records.
August 2011 Alexandra collaborated once again with Nando Fortunato their second single called "My Angel" got released on the 26th of September 2011 with the officiel videoclip on YouTube.
Septembre 2011 Alexandra collaborated with French Artist JORELL signed by Sony Music France and his hit "A l'envers". Their song will be released on Octobre 2011. The single is called "Danse".
It ain't finished yet.more is coming. Alexandra is going to release her Solo called "Te quiero mi amor" in collaboration with a french team from Paris.
