Dopo aver vinto il Premio Mia Martini ed il Premio Musicultura, nel 2004 Alessia d'Andrea "incontra" Ian Anderson dei Jethro Tull, con il quale incide "Locomotive Breath".
Inizia un intenso lavoro di produzione, inframezzato da una parentesi: il progetto "Andrea", con il quale ottiene consensi internazionali.
Infatti, il suo singolo "Time to Pray" (DIY), viene licenziato in molti paesi del mondo: Gran Bretagna, Polonia, Australia, Spagna, Sud Africa, Canada, Germania, Austria, Nuova Zelanda, Messico, Singapore, Russia, Israele, Repubblica Ceca, ecc.
Lo stesso anno firma un contratto con la storica etichetta inglese Ministry Of Sound, che inserisce il brano nella famosa compilation Clubbers Guide.
Nell'estate del 2006 partecipa al Festival "HITY na CZASIE" vicino a Varsavia dove canta in diretta su Radio ESKA e su TVP2 davanti a più di 100.000 fans.
Il 5 luglio 2008 è sul palco del Pistoia Blues Festival, insieme ai Jethro Tull, in occasione del loro quarantesimo anniversario. Unica ospite del tour.
Il 9 Marzo 2009 è uscito il nuovo album omonimo che viene licenziato anche in Cina, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau.
Da giugno inizia la promozione in Bulgaria dove Alessia è ospite nelle più importanti trasmissioni televisive e radiofoniche.
Da gennaio 2010 il suo videoclip "8 o' clock" è in rotazione sul canale telematico della RAI, Rai Music ed il suo album è disponibile in alcuni dei migliori negozi di dischi in Canada.
L'8 febbraio, al Sofia Live Club di Sofia presenta, davanti alla stampa e alle TV di tutta la nazione, il suo nuovo videoclip "Tonight", prossimo singolo anche in Italia a partire dal 14 marzo 2010.
Il videoclip "Tonight" è stato scelto da MTV Europe per la "MTV World CHart Express".
Dal 23 giugno 2010 è iniziata la promozione del brano "Paradise" (Time Records) realizzato in collaborazione con il noto dj italiano, Molella.

After winning some of the most important music festivals in Italy, such as "Mia Martini Award" and "Musicultura Award", the most important one for the Italian songwriters, in 2004 Alessia D'Andrea met Ian Anderson from Jethro Tull with whom she records "Locomotive Breath" (Renilin).
From that moment Alessia starts a very intense production work for her album with the interlude of a successful project called "Andrea". In fact her single "Time To Pray" (DIY) is released throughout the world in Countries such as the UK, Romania, Australia, Spain, Poland, Norway, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, Russia, Mexico, Singapore, Czech Republic, Israel, etc.
Later same year she signs a contract with the Ministry of Sound (UK).
In summer 2006 Alessia participates in the Festival
"Hity na Czasie" near Warsaw where she performs her
two new singles live, both on then national Radio and TV,
as well as in front of more than 100.000 fans.
On July 5th 2008 Alessia is on stage again with the Jethro Tull
during the "Pistoia Blues Festival", for their 40th anniversary.
She's the only guest of the tour.
On March 9th 2009 her new album "Alessia D'Andrea" (Renilin) is out in Italy and distributed also in China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan. The promotion of the new album starts, from June, also in Bulgaria where Alessia is invited in the most important TV and radio shows of the Country.
From January 2010 her new video clip "8 o' clock" is played on Rai Music and her album is available in some of the best music stores in Canada. The music video "Tonight", in the duet version with Lubo Kirov, is selected by MTV Europe for the World Chart Express.
On July 2010 she makes a single, "Paradise" (Time Rec) in collaboration with the
well-known Italian DJ Molella. The song becomes the theme song for the most popular Italian radio show and one of the biggest Italian hits of the summer.
On October 2010 Alessia is the special guest at Fabrizio De Andrè tribute concert at
the Opera Theatre in Sofia, in front of the major National Authorities of the Country.
On March 2011 she releases "Live in Studio" (Renilin) a DVD of her acoustic show.
