Alec Gross

Alec Gross is an accomplished singer/songwriter in the Indie Alt. Country vein performing and recording original music in New York City and throughout the U.S. Alec's work has been labeled "Cinematic Americana" for the visual qualities of his music and lyrics. Alec sings stories of love, revenge, madness, death, and redemption, all delivered by his hauntingly vulnerable vocal described as being "so perfectly suited to the times" and "superbly bold".

Alec composed and performed the jingle for the Bojangles Chicken Ad which aired all over the country:



Alec's latest release, "Rose Tattoo", evinces Alec's growth as an artist and his fascination with exploring melodies and song structures that seem ancient, but have an immediate and timeless appeal. He has begun working on his full-length follow-up to "Rose Tattoo" tentatively titled "Strip The Lanterns/The Night Terrors of Mr. Ron Avery". This LP will feature songs that are all derived from the night visions of an aging Mr. Ron Avery as he faces the end of his days.



Having been featured nationally on television and radio, and bolstered by his rabid touring schedule, Alec's audience continues to grow, attracting devoted music fans hungry for an honest and original voice.
