After August

Nate and Chad started throwing around the idea of starting a band in 2003. With the acoustic jam sessions becoming longer and stronger, songs started to form and their idea turned to a reality. Now all they needed was the other members. For bass guitar, they turned to long time friend and recording engineer, Stan. However, the puzzle was not complete. Finding a drummer proved to be the hardest task. It took two tries, and a realization that the final piece was closer to home than they knew. It was in Nate's older brother Nick who would be the missing link in the After August lineup. Another key ingredient was added when Noah sat in on a jam session and added keys to the mix. With the lineup final, the band is now playing more shows and writing more songs with hopes of making a record in the summer of 2006.
