Drumming Sessions in Colchester.
If you're interested in learning to play the Djembé or DjunDjun, come along to St. Stevens Church Centre, Canterbury Road, Colchester on Friday evenings and give it a go.
7.0 to 9.30pm, all ages/abilities welcome, £5, drums available, off street parking.
The sessions are suitable for all abilities with the first part of the session dedicated to going through playing technique, exercises and learning how to read rhythm notation (rhythm notation included every week) before we move on and tackle the rhythm of the week. By the end of the session even the more experienced players are pushed to their limit.
