"Ethereal is comprised of vocalist/guitarist,and drummer looking for a bass player .
The duo released their debut album, Generation Nothing. The album, recorded at Grizzly Studios, is a 15-track collection of 90’s Grunge and Alternative Rock anthems with all the trademarks: distorted guitars, pounding rhythms and dissonant harmonies.
Songs like “Life Test” recall the work of Local H while “The Crawl Away” and “Stay In Emotion” draw influence from groups such as Helmet and Fugazi. Other influences heard throughout include Mudhoney, Nirvana placebo and The Melvins.
Disaffected Youth are already hard at work on their upcoming album, Everything and Besides,and are now back on tour in the bay area and in portland.
