Adrian Holder was formerly the frontman of cult indie mod band The Moment, noted for his anthemic power pop tunes, wild guitar style and his passionate live performances. The Moment achieved a degree of underground notoriety through one memorable album, 'The Work Gets Done', and a series of classic songs – 'In This Town', 'One, Two They Fly', 'Sticks And Stones', 'Poor Mr Diamond', 'Ready To Fall' and 'Pain'. In the sleeve note to 'Mod Gods', The Moment's 'Best Of' retrospective, the NME's Paul Moody described the band as "English pop music's greatest ever secret".

Now living in Germany, where The Moment enjoyed many successful tours, Adrian Holder has spent the last few years writing material for a solo album. In 2006 he released his first recording since The Moment, his song 'Goodbye Tuesday appearing on the Biff Bang Pow Records compilation album, 'Shimmy'. He hopes to release more of his exciting new material in 2011.
