At an early age, 'The Architect' found himself amongst great adversity. The third of four children born to a divorced couple from Bakersfield California. It was no small task to fit in at school. He began to adapt to the changing
environments around him. While maintaining a b+ average in school, he participated in multiple sports and academic activities. Architect was also a member of the school marching band and orchestra.
After purchasing his first Hip-Hop tape; "Bop Gun", in 1994,
Dustin instantly began searching for an identity in both the music and culture.
Already a performer, working with spelling, speeches, interpretation, and poetry, Dustin adopted a new love for Hip-Hop music. At the young age of 12 he had his first hip-hop performance at his church. By the age of 17, he had already begun writing songs and making mixtapes on
micro-cassette recorders to show to his friends. After moving to Northern California Dustin began making instrumentals and learning to engineer out of necessity. He discovered that he was very good at
working with the technical side of the entertainment business. His original lyrics, innovative delivery, technical knowledge and crisp sounding beats would eventually distinguish his style. Dubbed 'The Architect' by one of his piers, Dustin is
best known for his writing, his production, and the ability to bring life to events he attends. Through struggle, perseverance, and maintaining use of multiple roles,
he is currently working out of Hollywood, CA, completing his debut album, "Rock Amongst Pebbles”; A masterpiece collaboration of a diverse group of musicians and artists".
When he isn't in the booth this I.T. Proffessional//Songwriter//Producer//Rapper//Engineer,
works with children at a mentoring program throughout the Los Angeles Unified School District. Also, he is writing and producing for multiple artists, assisting in their development
to help further their own careers.
When asked, he says that;
'My goal is to further harness these abilities to maintain a steady flow of new, provocative, and cutting edge music for distribution and staying power in today's Music market.
