Dear MySpacers,

To all the amazing people sparing a minute to read this, here's a literary piece of my heart:

Firstly, if you've made your way to this site, I must thank you. If you've listened - a second thank you; and if you're a friend, make that a third! I can't tell you how grateful I am for every word, and every second anyone on here gives me. It's such a privilege.

OK - so, a little about me. I've just turned 21, and have been playing guitar since I was about 13. I'm self-taught, and first decided to write music at about 15, and came up with 'Heaven's Cry' - a sort of eight-and-a-half-minute escapade into the realm of dreamy, singing guitar playing.

Since then, I've come a little further, and developed my own sense of style - there's some more recent work further up my profile player, and there will be more tracks to come, so please stay tuned, if you like what you hear.

I've taken the approach of mixing feel and emotion (my most cherished of musical components), with more technical, fluid passages (although I try to let the former override the latter). I've sort of hit a point where I see my guitar as an extension of myself; a tool through which I can express the sincerest feeling. That is literally it: the guitar translates feeling and emotion, into sound.

To add to all that, I'm now hugely interested in the world of production and crafting music on every level - although my ears are ahead of my production skills and knowledge. I hope I'm getting there! :-)

Music aside . . . I'm an enthusiastic fishkeeper, and biologist, who has a fixing interest in all living things! :-) There's something to admit! Oh, and a huge fan of Apple products; at least that's a more common interest!

Lastly, I am most blessed in having day-to-day contact with all of the wonderful people I've gotten to know through the amazing network of MySpace. There is nothing I have enjoyed more than sharing love and support with hundreds, even thousands of like-minded people and musicians. To all reading this, you have my sincerest, most heart-felt thanks.

Finally, I finish with a quotation from, probably, my single, favorite musician and guitarist in the whole world:

"The most valuable possession you can own is an open heart. The most powerful weapon you can be is an instrument of peace." - Carlos Santana.

Wishing you all peace, prosperity, love and light,

Adam ;o)

Please, guys. Let's celebrate the life of one of the most phenomenal musicians and human beings to have walked the earth. I've made this banner, and would love you to post it on your webpages. As I can't post the code directly onto MySpace without issues, I've put it up on my blog, on my website:

http://www.adamleeguitarist.com/site/Adam_Lee/Blog/Entries/2009/6/27_Michael_Jackson.html

Please show your support, and take one minute to visit, and put up the banner on your profile. Let's show the world how much he meant to us. God bless you, Michael.

I also recorded a video, instrumental cover of Michael's 'Human Nature', after being so inspired by John Mayer's wonderful rendition of the song, at Michael's Memorial. May you rest in peace, dear Michael. God bless you all for watching. ;o)

If you like what you hear, and want to show your support, it'd be a privilege to have this banner displayed on your page, or anywhere you like! Just copy the code below:
