The Whiskey Dicks are part of a dying breed, an endangered species these days. A punk band. Fast, loud, power chords, energetic, and suffering from a lack of talent, they are everything you would want from a real punk band. Formed in 2006, TWD have been starting circle pits all over RI and MA. Some come to our shows and do your part to bring back an endangered species; punk rock.



The Whiskey Dicks first formed in February 2006 under the name ACETONE with James Nasty, Mat Drew, and DTP. In May 2006 we recorded the first demo, "The Kitchen". A few months later we recorded more tracks and released the demo "The Kitchen 2". Then, we recorded our first EP called "Speed Was A Factor" which was released in January 2007. "Nicks A Fag!" the single was the last thing recorded before Mat Drew left the band, and was replaced by Matt Houle in March 2008. With Matt Houle we recorded and released a new demo and a full length which is due out in January 2009. Matt Houle left the band, and was replaced by Sean Needham ane Nolan Q. took over the duties of bass guitar. In 2009 the band went on a 6 month break and are now reviving themselves under the name THE WHISKEY DICKS
