Abi Ryan

Abi Ryan of East Sussex has been working hard to create a name for herself as a singer/songwriter in the music industry for some time and now it seems she has done just that, with her song 'You Know I Like That' being featured in the latest Hollywood Blockbuster 'Warrior' starring UK heart-throb actor Tom Hardy!
Abi wrote the song 'You Know I Like That' back when she first started out as a songwriter and actually filmed the video at Rockingham race track, the home of UK NASCAR.
Back in 2007 she appeared in the Channel 4's T4 production 'Musicool' where she spent 10 weeks in a musical 'Boot camp'. Shortly after this Abi signed a record deal with 'All Around The World Records' as part of a duo called 'LOL' who's first single created over 100,000 hits on YouTube. It reached number 13 in the club charts in December 2008 and featured on the 'Clubland 14' album which reached number one in the album charts.
Since then she has gone from strength to strength from directing her own music videos, to having a number of her songs used on Americas ABC, CW and FOX network TV shows 'Make It Or Break It' and 'Melrose Place' amongst others.
With her music being placed in the Lionsgate blockbuster film (now at cinemas nationwide), Abi has been selected to write songs for an international talent show (the name of which cannot be disclosed), which could yet see her break into the music industry as the professional songwriter she has always longed to be.
Keep a close eye on this talented small town girl, as she's definitely one to watch out for in the future!
