A unique blend of music, August Rising is composed of many variations of transcending melodies that lead to explosive dynamics. Having only been together as a band for a year, August Rising has been working hard, self promoting, recording and touring to accomplish their dreams.  

Writing and recording music now for the last year, the band is busting loose with its debut album for 2008. Recently interviewed by Diana Strain of Channel 41 and other local news programs in Las Vegas and California. The band has already had their music played several times on radio shows, including one of L.A.'s largest radio stations, Star 98,7.  

August Rising is a seasoned touring and studio band that is not only polished on CD but electrifying on stage. August Rising is proving to be a band that will stand the test of time.
