A-One, "Alex the First" is a Dominican Artist Born June 2nd, 1985.Ever since a young age it was like he was meant to be an artist. Most of his childhood toys were musical instruments and on weekends he loved performing at local karaoke’s. He wrote his first song at 7 years old, a soft baled called "Por Que Me Abandonaste". He first discovered Hip Hop at the age of 13 and felt in love with it. By the age of 14 and freshman year of High School he met his current super producer "SHUUU" and started teaming up and rapping together they form the Group known as "La Akademia". That's when A-One decided that urban music is what wanted to do and grew a passion for. Later on, on there High School Years they met a new transfer student who they named "INDI" which is now part of "beatz Akademy" (La akademia Del Beat). Today they are all working together to bring you high quality music.
