Originally from St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands, 7Wounds came onto the hip hop scene as a producer on the Wu-Tang affiliated Dom Pachino's (P.R. Terrorist from Killarmy) album "Tera Iz Him," and later proving his lyrical prowess in guest appearances on a slew of releases by other artists like Sun R.A. and Tribe of Judah.

Lyrically, 7's influences include Ghost Face Killah, NaS, Mos Def, and Killah Priest while production wise they include Pete Rock, RZA, True Master, and soul legend Syl Johnson.

The DC area native is closely affiliated with the Tribe of Judah and is a close collaborator of Sun R.A.

The "United Front" album is the latest release from Wounds (along with Lazarus and Sun R.A.). His solo debut "State of The Hood Address" (working title) is coming soon and his production will appear on several upcoming Bare Regular releases. His beats -- which can be previewed on this website -- are available for sale to artists through Bare Regular Music.
