7 Day Conspiracy is very much a progression of previous projects that came to an end in summer 2004. After a very slow start we managed to start gigging and release an EP in early 2005, it wasnt until october that year when we managed to get a support slot with capdown and released our first album (In Times Of Global Decay) that we got going. We then continued to gig our first album in 2006 and in the summer of that year our reggae song "The Man Who Stole The World" got air play on mike davies lock up show on radio one for several weeks in a row. We finished that year supporting Propagandhi and Pot Kettle Black (old snuff). By 2007 it was time to record a new album so we went to visit Peter Miles down in southampton and recorded our second album (From Army Boots To Businiess suits). We released the album on Various Artists Records which was set up by Simon Wells (snuff/southport) because we had bugged him for so long about starting a label. The song "Waiting To Lose" from that album was played on the radio one lock up show. We gigged the album into 2008 when we once again visited peter miles and recorded a 6 track EP (Enough To Make You Sick) which was released in febuary 2009. Currently we are putting together songs for a new album and have added some calypso to our already melodic punk/ska/reggae sound. We try to gig as much as we can and get as far from sittingbourne as we can. If you dont know its us, we will be the band with the silly name!
