2NYCe, was born on June 15, 1985 in the lovely city of the Bronx, New York. He spent most of his childhood in New York where he was raised in a typical Dominican household. His father has been his biggest musical inspiration as he was one of Dominican Republics most famous musical arranger. 2NYCe has always had a passion for dancing as well as for music. His passion for dancing was influenced by the great Michael Jackson, Bobby Brown, and Usher. His time in New York was filled with the Latin & Hip Hop sounds that emanate from the city where he was introduced to the music of Reggae, Hip Hop, and Latin; these influences combine with the Anglo and multicultural vibes in Miami are part of his musical DNA. At the age of 11 his family eventually made the decision in moving to Miami, FL and has since resided there.

2NYCe was introduced to the art of poetry at a very young age by his mother who allowed him to gain an appreciation for it early on in his life. He grew up listening to classics like Busta Rhymes, Elephant Man, and Toño Rosario, but it wasn't until around the age of 12 that he began to try writing his own lyrics. It was also around this time that he was taught the significance of rap bars and being on point.

When 2NYCe was 15 he was introduced to an artist by the name of Platano and became his back up dancer. As the years went by he initially became his hype man and his dancer. 2NYCe has had the privilege of touring around the world with Platano and opening up for many major acts such as: Pitbull, Daddy Yankee, Fulanito, Nore, Lil John, Petey Pablo, Dj.Khalid, Ciara, 2NYCe has also been fortunate to be a guest in many award ceremony such as: Latin Grammys, and Los Premios Juventue. Among several promotional tactics, 2NYCe was offered to develop radio drops for many mix shows on Miami's leading radio stations such as Power 96.5, El Zol 95.7 and Mega 94.9. 2NYCe brings the southern hip-hop flavor with a Latin twist. He now has the fundamental understanding of the recording industry and the hunger and desire to reach the top. He is on the verge of exploding into the scene, making a huge impact in the hip-hop community, and is a force to be reckoned with. ::You Already Know What It Is::
